Session for older teens and adults are approximately 45/50 minutes, for younger players/athletes we recommend 40-minute sessions.

You do not have to book six sessions if you would prefer to do one session at a time. We recommend that if this is your first time working with us that a six-session block booking is a great way to benefit from the work we are doing.  After that you can book sessions as and when you choose.

We work with children (Typically 8+), teenagers and adults.  We adapt our approach to suit our client and aim to make sessions as interesting and understandable as possible for our younger clients.

Our first session is where we get to know you as an individual, your goals, where you would like our support and current challenges you are facing.  This session is where we will gain the information that we need to tailor your sessions to work in the most effective way for you.

This is completely up to you and your child.  Our aim is for your child to feel as comfortable working with us as possible, if they would prefer you to sit in the first session or future ones this is completely fine with us.  If your child feels confident enough to work with us on their own this works well for us to gain a good insight into where they feel they would benefit our support.
